The Work

Three ways to work with Yodi: one-on-one care for athletes and performers, concierge care for executives and private clients, and mentorship for practitioners building their own practice. Find your lane below.

What the Work Is

At the center of every lane is Yodi’s own hands-on work: rehabilitation grounded in osteopathic manual therapy, a precise read of how your body moves under load, and a plan built for the demand you’re under. Around it, when you need it, is a vetted team of specialists she coordinates for you. The setting changes, a team’s season, a tour, an executive’s calendar. The standard doesn’t.

Managing someone’s care? Agents, managers, executive assistants, and family offices reach Yodi directly. One conversation covers schedule, location, travel, and scope.

Sports & Entertainment: teams, athletes, performers

Elite Performance Consulting

  1. Yodi Richeson working hands-on on the back of a client's leg as they lie on their side on a treatment table

    Who it is for

Individual athletes and performers, and the teams that protect them. The NBA is her longest-standing relationship, alongside athletes in MLB, the NFL, tennis, and Olympic-level sport, plus touring and entertainment performers.

  2. Yodi Richeson working on a client's shoulder on a treatment table, an anatomical skeleton model behind her

    What it involves

One-on-one soft-tissue therapy, biomechanical assessment, and performance-recovery planning, at the facility, on the road, or at home, scaled to the season. After an injury, she works alongside the surgeon and physical therapist through rehab and return to play.

  3. Yodi Richeson working alongside another therapist on the same client

    What changes

Care stops being an add-on. Yodi works in the medical team’s language, with physicians, surgeons, and athletic trainers, as part of the performance infrastructure.

  4. Yodi Richeson smiling, close portrait

    Entry point

A confidential conversation, with the athlete or whoever manages their schedule. If it’s a fit, the work begins with a full assessment.

Executive & Private Client

  1. Yodi Richeson seated on a cream sofa with her hands folded, smiling

    Who it is for

Executives, high-net-worth individuals, and private clients whose bodies carry the same load as their calendars: travel, stress, and sustained pressure.

  2. Yodi Richeson seated in a quiet lounge

    What it involves

Hands-on care wherever you are, and a team built around you when you need more: the trainer, the physical therapist, the physician, the gym in the next city. Yodi arranges, books, and briefs them. You have one point of contact.

  3. Yodi Richeson seated with her hands clasped, mid-conversation

    What changes

The clinical rigor that serves pro athletes, with discretion built into the model and scheduling that follows your travel. In-home care is easy to find. In-home care at this level is not.

  4. Yodi Richeson mid-gesture, explaining a point

    Entry point

A short, confidential conversation with you or your office to confirm fit, then a plan built around your calendar.

Practitioner Mentorship & Teaching

  1. Yodi Richeson demonstrating a technique while a group of practitioners watches

    Who it is for

Manual therapists, ATCs, and PTs who want to sharpen their clinical work or move into private practice on their own terms.

  2. Yodi Richeson guiding a student's hands on a client lying face down on a treatment table

    What it involves

The AMR class, taught internationally, including at a university in Bosnia, plus private-practice mentorship: the clinical craft and the business behind it, from pricing and setup to charging what the work is worth.

  3. Yodi Richeson working on a client's hip while a group of practitioners stands around the table watching

    What changes

You learn from someone still doing the work at the highest level. Practitioners in her network are held to her standard and share in referral flow.

Process

How Do I Start Working With Yodi?

There’s no menu, price list, or booking button. Every engagement starts with a short inquiry and a conversation, with you or the person who manages your schedule.

  1. Inquire

Send a confidential inquiry. Include who you are, the situation, and the demand or timeline you’re working with.

  2. Discovery call

A short call to confirm the engagement is a fit, both ways. Not a sales pitch.

  3. Assessment

Assessed, not guessed. Yodi reads how your body moves under load (gait, mechanics, compensation patterns) rather than running a standard intake.

  4. Plan of action

A clear, individualized plan that defines the work, its order, and how progress is measured.

  5. Book on schedule

One session before a big week, or ongoing care around a season, a tour, or a travel itinerary. Cadence rises near peak demand and eases when it should.

During the Second Step

What Happens on the Discovery Call

The discovery call confirms the engagement makes sense for both sides before anyone commits.

  • Who joins: You, or whoever manages your calendar.

  • What to bring: The situation, the demand your body is under, and your timeline.

  • What happens next: If it’s a fit, you move to assessment. If someone else is better suited, she’ll point you to them.

Where Else She Can Take You

Not every need is best met by Yodi’s one-on-one concierge work. Where another route fits better, here is where to go next.

Evolve with Cur(e)ate

The concierge network Yodi runs with Marco Nunes. For clients who need a full team in place, physical therapy, training, soft-tissue work, and specialist care, coordinated and booked from one call.

Educational Programs

Structured learning for practitioners who want to go deeper than one-to-one mentorship, the AMR class and any future courses or certifications, taught from active, elite-level practice.

Coaching & Mentorship

Direct guidance for therapists, ATCs, and PTs moving into private practice: the clinical craft alongside the business behind it, including pricing, setup, and running a practice that reflects real value.
